Of course. You don't have to be strong to start, you have to start to get strong. You can join any class, there is no division between levels within the same class. The exercises will be personalized and adapted to the level of each one.

For your pole dance class you will need to wear coulotte shorts, a sports bra and a top. The more skin in contact with the pole, the better your grip will be. You don't need shoes or socks. It is important not to use creams, oils and/or body lotions, as these products will make your skin slippery and you will not have enough grip on the bar. Remember to bring your bottle of water and a towel. If you want you can bring your own mat, and if you don't have it you will find mats in the studio, alcohol to clean the bars and magnesium powder to improve the grip of your hands.

Hours are flexible. You can choose each week the schedule that suits you best to train.

Absolutely. With the monthly fees and with the pack of four classes you can choose different classes (eg, a pole class and a Bungee Fly class every week).

It is possible to change/cancel your class as long as you do so with a minimum of two hours in advance.

Missed classes can be made up if you cancel at least two hours in advance, within the month of validity of your pack.

To book your trial class you must do so through the website www.flyandfitstudio.com. When you open the page you will see a tab to reserve your trial class, you must create your user file using your email, name, surname and telephone number, and use the discount code FLYANDFITPRUEBA (The discount code can only be used once once per user).

The trial class discount can only be applied to the first class. If you want to try more activities you can book them as single classes and then eventually discount the extra cost of the total pack of your choice.
